All raw materials (such as steel alloys, aluminum, and high-performance plastics) are tested for chemical composition and mechanical properties using spectrometry and hardness testers. Only materials that meet our strict criteria are approved for production.
During manufacturing, our QA team conducts real-time checks at critical stages—such as machining, welding, and assembly. For precision parts, we use coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) with a tolerance of ±0.001mm to ensure dimensional accuracy, leaving no room for error.
Before shipment, every finished product undergoes a comprehensive performance test. For industrial pumps, this includes pressure testing up to 150% of the rated pressure, flow rate verification, and noise level measurement. For heavy machinery, we conduct load tests and operational simulations to confirm reliability over extended use.
